Shipping and Return Policy


Sanjules values our customers and strive to make your shopping experience flawless. We value the care you take when inputting your name and shipping address.

We will provide the tracking information once your item is shipped. Once the tracking shows that your package was delivered and if you have not received it, you must contact the USPS or the delivery carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

US orders are shipped first class or Priority shipping depending on the mailing request. We strive to ship your purchases as soon as possible but within 2-3 business days after purchase date, this does not include weekends or holidays.


RETURN POLICY

We hope every purchase will be to your satisfaction, if not please send it back to us within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed. If you wish to return the parcel please email us for the return address at art@sanjules.com with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s). Your payment will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Please note if returning by mail, we suggest using USPS priority shipping for convenience and tracking. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items. Your returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear). Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Please note we are unable to refund shipping charges for any deliveries that are refused and these return fees may be deducted from your refund. Therefore we only refund shipping costs if there has been an error with the order.

Processing returns for refunds once received and inspected takes about 2-3 business days. Please contact your bank for processing times on their end.

All Items that are shipped free if returned for refund will be liable to the applicable shipping fees.
