Processing Time All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1- 2 business days of purchase. Each piece is hand-dyed and one-of-a-kind, so we take care to ensure your item is properly packaged for safe delivery.

Shipping Methods & Rates We ship via USPS. Depending on the weight and size of your item, you may see the following shipping options at checkout:

  • USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) - For most clothing items over 16 ounces
  • USPS Ground Advantage (3-5 business days) - For lighter items and accessories

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. You'll see the exact shipping cost and available options before completing your purchase.

Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $125!

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations via USPS Priority Mail International and other USPS international services. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes determined by your country's customs office. Customers are responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with USPS tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at art@sanjules.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at art@sanjules.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with USPS to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your one-of-a-kind piece.

Packaging Each artisan piece is carefully wrapped and packaged to protect the delicate hand-dyed fabrics during shipping.
